just wondering if any one else had done a cam timeing check on their stock cam and what findings they had come up with

Here are some tips that you can ask your machinist about, to see if he does it like this, or has a good way to increase flow, cheap.
First, a 5 angle valve job really helps.
1. The seat has 5 different angles, tapers, and radiuses on this type of grind.
 a) A 15 Deg outer cut, outside the the seat in the chamber area. This is called unshrouding the valve. That helps trememndously, to open up the area directly around the seat, for maximum flow. Jet-Valve heads are limited moreso, as to how m
