The wipers have a will of their own. I have had this issue since i had the car and had a direct bypass while i was fixing other things and its time to fix this. When i have the wiper motor plugged in with key on The wiper will always run. No change in speed no intermitten but always going. It doesnt matter if i do anything with the switch it don't make a difference. Even if i pull the wiper fuse the wipers keep running.
