just thought I'd update, I got the car started for the first time this week. it starts right up and has a smooth idle even without the 02's. I haven't posted new pics but the engine and trans are now in a better conditioned white car. it sucked pulling the drivetrain but I was able to correct some mistakes and make improvements learned from the yellow car. I still have to run exhaust, driveshaft and what seems like 1000 little things but I can see the finish line. i just learned I have to order

Didn't want to jump on your band wagon DSM. But I also need to buy (2) "Speedo Cables," both manual trans. (1)89' car has been totally gone, the other 89' is on it's last leg. Started out as going to 60mph, stopping there; then when accelerating to 3K (70mph) it would catch up, sorta like a boost. Last night/today, it started to need more speed (80-85mph) to jump up/catch up. Afraid it's going... going... soon the be gone also. My 1st 89' described just quit suddenly, inspection @ the tranny pro
