Does anyone have one of these laying around that they dont need? I could sort of use one right now.

I would like a one piece rather than the 3 piece that is one there now. Any aftermarket ones? I just got the car and someone before me had put wood screws in it to hold it on to the bumper. Evidently the stock brackets broke or rusted off and I'm trying to figure out how everthing is supposed to be. Is not that complicated is it?
