is there a way to make my fog lights stay on when i turn my high beams on?

Just like the title says. What is a 2.4 wideblock worth here? Its a complete short block.

Checking to see if there is a club member or resource who is a dealer for the SCE TITAN Head Gasket line or even a better brand I don't know about. I've used FelPro & other brands but there may be an aftermarket racing version that you all have used for high performance applications that is superior in eleminating head gasket leakage & higher quality materials. Will also be in need of an engine rebuild set down the road. Needed for racing & high performance applications beyond stock
