'87Conquest TSI miles 178,000. The body is in good shape. Driver seat belt does not work. The car drives good and pushes strong. The car runs 18PSI boost. TPS voltage moving

First, I don't have a stock TPS, but put it here because I believe this would pertain to each kind. What I have going on is that after I set my TPS to .5v and drive it a little, the voltage always drops. One time it dropped to .43V, so I reset it, and the second time, after driving about two miles. It dropped to .46v. Why would it do this? The idle AFR change, even when in closed loop, so I take it that is because my TPS is changing. Second, I sweep tested my TPS when it wasn't bolted in,
