I have a built motor out of my 88 starion for sale. The block has been decked .020 and the head milled .015.   The head was ported by Chapman Racing Heads and is a non-jet valve head.   The crank was balanced and all the rod journals brought to .0005 of each other for throw.   The entire rotating assembly was then balanced.
