Fixing Damage From Previous Owners

We've all seen them. Most of us have even owned SQs with previous owner stupidity we had to fix. Here's a repair I just finished on my car that a previous owner botched. Post up your own PO woes that you had to repair. Honestly it's not hard to drop the gas tank to change the pump. AC Compressor Cycling

Platform: 88 Conquest, new compressor, new expansion valve, new seals, reused lines and sensors. Problem: AC compressor keeps cycling on and off every 2-3 seconds. Belt will end of squealing eventually. Additional info: The compressor normally cycles just fine for a few moments then starts in the cycling issue. If I let it cycle for awhile I do get some cold air. My diagnosis: I studied the FSM very well. It appears that what can cause this cycling would be the AC coolant temp switch or th
