Sorry if I'm out of line posting this here, but Ebay may or may not do me any good on this. I've got a needle kit for the older Carter carbs, afb's I think. Bought this several years ago in Indy at Super Chevy. It's got several different size jets and metering rods. Anybody here old-school enough to use something like this? I'd like to see this do somebody some good.

This is for another member, i spent an hour on the phone making sure all of his connections were correct form the caravan igniter and MSD.   Everything is verified to be correct wiring wise   He has no spark, he does have keyed 12v at the original coil positve   we ohmed the coil (i did mine as well)   his coil ohmed at 1.1ohms between the + an - oil inputs , and an open 0 fomr either input to the output to the distributer   my coil ohmed 1ohm between + and - but 4.68k between any input and outp
