Having issues with idling issues. Cold start no increase in Rpm. Moreover Ac switched on a decrease in Rpm too. Please advise. Many thanks

I originally wanted this bad boy for myself. Has minor body damage but the guy said all it needed was a shifter. Yall know how that goes. Upon inspection it appeared he was right. Its sittin on the side of the road with half of it engulfed in trees. If anyone is interested I have his number he's wiling to sell. Has a minor bump in the front end nothing major. At a cold start, the engine doesn't idle any faster as it just remains at steady 8-900rpm. When AC is switched on rather than increasing rpm, it decreases . Please kindly suggest. Many thanks.
