What method do you guys use to figure this out? Mega manual does not got to deep into this and the fatory limit of .3 max is low when running big injectors like myself.

I've soldered in new injector pigtails and installed a good maf sensor and when I punch it in first or second gear it pulls to about 4K and then runs out of steam. I'm thinking the secondary injector is shot or on it's way out. The car drives amazing otherwise, best it has since I've owned it. Idles perfect, accelerates smooth, decelerates smooth, it just "hits a wall at 4 grand''. Any suggestions maybe CTS, vacuum adv. or something?
