Hello, folks! When this engine is cool, maybe for the first 30 minutes, it has what I always thought was a turbo lag. After an hour or so, there is a miss between 3,000 and 4,500. It will "pull through" the miss...but it's almost like something thermal is influencing the ignition. Or, a fuel filter? New plugs, new wires and I see that someone replaced the injector clips. These leads are both white...could they be crossed??? Is this a coil going out? There is a new ignition m

Megasquirt wasted spark and injector wiring question

I'm wondering if it makes a difference to wire the injectors as 1&4 on Bank 1 and 2&3 on Bank 2 or 1&3 on Bank 1 and 2&4 on Bank 2 with a wasted spark setup? Hoping that Scott87Star can share some wisdom on this. I'm thinking that having fuel and spark in the cylinders that shouldn't be firing due to cam and crank timing is a bad thing.
