Thank the previous posters for guidance. I got one brass bushing from Ace but with help from a dear friend we made the rest from round stock, a drill press, some copper, and a strip of plastic from an oil can. Works pretty good now and least the shifter moves good and the indicator lines up. The old bushings were dust, well mostly gone. I will try to post pics

radio face plate is missing   any one happen to have an old advent ACD 45 ( w/cd player ) face plate unit they could part with , please don't tell me how cheap radios are , money is tight   thanks haven't had any luck scearching
