Includes adapter for filter adapter side, adapter on turbo side is 1/8 npt Coolant lines use 6AN fittings at the turbo side, hose clamped on the other. Includes (2) 6an to 3/8 npt adapters. You will need metric adapters if using on a mitsu turbo, but you can use the npt adapters to tap the tstat and return if going full AN.   5. im looking for a good condition oil pump for the g54b turbo iv been looking everywhere around where i live in Oregon and cant find the turbo oil pump all i can find is the na oil pump which is not the same i found out so let me know what you guys have thanks
  6. As some of you may know, I tried to rebuild a 16G a few months ago and something was awry and it detonated itself in less than 2 hours. My 12A that I'm currently running is on it's last leg as well. I'm looking for an inexpensive replacement and I stumbled on this. I'd just like a turbo for my auto that pulls well and could possibly keep up if some ricer pulls up next to me on the interstate, just so I don't look like a total shlub. Do any of you have experience with these...and/or what would need to be done with it if I currently have a ported hot/cold side of a stock TD05H in boxes in the garage. Just looking for ideas, even if it's a POS, I'd like to know before I decide to buy one. But keep in mind, I have a very small budget (like most of us). I like hearing recommendations... but telling me "It's a POS, you need this $1500 turbo like I have, it runs great" won't help me any. I know you normally "get what you pay for" but I don't plan on Dyno-ing this car or anything so I'd just like something decent for my daily driver. Thanks in advance guys, -N8

Hey guy's have a question so i have a new 7 blade hx35 and a new garrett 50 trim both t3 and here is whats done to the my 88 conquest with auto trans and tbi all new fuel lines walbro 255 new injectors 2.5 dp no cat all hard pipes Don't want a race car but do want something that hauls tail when i want to thanks for any input!

  11. I was wondering, im looking to get about 300hp-350Hp on a few upgrades from top end.. But im not sure if im missing anything to complete my goal.. Heres a few things I had in mind.. 16G Super Turbo 550cc injectors 3 inch Downpipe with 3 wire heated 02 sensor Bosch Red Coil NGK BP7ES Spark Plugs AIC (Auxilliary Injector) Systems 350HP Fuel pump I know im missing stuff so if anything let me know what am I missing please..   12. K so looked around and found tons of info on installing a boost controller but no info on what to do with the wastegate solenoid.Do you just unplug it or leve it pluged in?
  13. Theres is a vacuum line on the OVCP going to the wastegate. Where would that go if I was replacing the intercooler piping?

Ok so I'm going to try my best to explain this to the "T". it's a 86 starion esi-r When I bought the car you had to pump the throttle constantly to keep it running and it would not rev passed 1800rpms, if you tried to hold a constant rpm with the throttle it would bog down and die. My first reaction was the fuel filter was clogged.... Easy fix I was wrong haha. I limped the car to a friends shop and started digging. I change out the fuel pump and filter just to make sure it was getting enough fuel ( the old pump was weak). I didnt see the "pre-fuel pump" filter/screen so I assume someone has already been there to replace the pump. After all of that it still doesn't run right at all. The car starts up with out any problems with in 2 seconds of cranking the car is running, but it idles soo rough like it needs a good tune up( which has been done I will add a parts list at the end). Now it kind of idles on its own and I can drive it but when I drive it sometimes bogs down and I have to let off so it wont die. It will buck and bog and start building boost also. While trying to hold a steady speed lets say 60mph it bucks and feels like a huge miss but when I checked the plugs the shows that it's burning all the fuel like normal so it's not a mixture issue, the timmong is set to 10 btdc. The old owner said he went to go eat and went inside and when he came out to leave the car ran like crap and limped it home. I'll try to post a video of it as well. Parts list ( stuff that has been replaced or tested good) New fic 850cc injectors New plugs Good ngk wires maybe 3000 miles on them New cap New rotor New fuel filter New fuel pump New o2 sensor New maf All new vaccine lines (replaced one by one to not mix them up) New coolant temp sensor The car had a oil change in Cali at 77,300 miles it has 78,100 on it now so this problem just happened. Any help would be great!!!!!!!

  21. I have a few parts laying around from my dsm days that some guys could use. s16g compressor housing new $50 or best offer 14b turbo needs rebuild.And doesnt come with exhaust housing.No bent fins just really hard to spin by hand$50 b/o 2 wastegates from a 14b turbo work fine $10 a piece
  22. I'm loking for some bearings for my TD05 12A turbo. I need JUST the bearings. all my seals and trust bearings are fine. The only ones i need are the front and rear shaft bearings. Hello starquest, I have basically a complete setup for sale from the trans tailshaft to the nose of the engine for sale. the engine has 108k miles on it, i drive it everyday im just looking to sell everything to do a 360 swap. the turbo has been rebuilt with about 600 miles on it new seals, bearings and the works and while i was having the turbo rebuild i had the exhaust/wastgate housing ported to match a 3'' downpipe. 5 speed trans has the same amount of miles as the engine, it shifts nice and and easy. i have a new 88-89 exedy clutch and a pressure plate in the box with pilot bearing and throwout bearing.. intercool in perfect shape, all factory pipes, the ecu, maf sensor, air box, i have a 3'' stainless downpipe and full custom 3'' exhaust with hangers for factory mounting and a 4'' tailpipe lead from the cv shaft to the rear bumper. if you have any question just message or call. 620-704-8744 Caleb.   24. Ok so i traded a friend my 95 GST for his 87 Quest with a built engine but had blown the 14g that was on it. After that was said and done he put a E316g on it and it runs great but after you hit 10psi it spits and sputter like its hitting fuel cut. But earlier tonight it hit 15psi before that happened. So i am wondering what can be the cause of this problem? Because I plan to put a Dual stage boost controller on it and have high boost set to 20psi and low boost at 12psi. Also its not a stock 87 ecu from what ive been told. Also the Gas pedal is stiff as heck, it doesnt have the stock throttle cable its a universal the same friend put in, so i am wondering if i put a stocker back on it would it fix the stiff pedal?
