Anyone ever go through the trouble of putting suicide doors ( Or having someone put them on ) an old sedan. I think I'm picking up an old valiant sunday and it seems like a good candidate for this. Just trying to see how much money I'm looking at if I get someone to do it.

Alright engine pending sale. So now I got a roller, with title of course. Amazing stock rims and tires. Ill post some pics up later and finally go through the pile of parts I have laying around.

Yeah ill let you know how it goes when I get the engine in, I remember Kelly doing a guide on this a long time back but I couldnt find it. I just found the exhaust half of the 14b so Im just going to give that to machine shop and tell him to hone out the 12a exhaust side to the same size. Pitboss im doing this so I can still use the 12a downpipes and dont have fabricate anything with the exhaust. Hope that clears things up a little bit.

I'm in the process of fitting a 14b turbo to my quest and since I have never done this I had a couple of questions. I am using a 12a hot side and 14b compressor side. What should the clearance be between the turbo fan and the exhaust side of the turbo? I see its pretty darn tight but I sort of need to get this right the first time. Also I assume I am going to be using the 14b single vacuum wastegate as opposed to the 12a 3 vacuum? If not let me know. any other info you could give me on this would be very helpful. Thanks in advance. Nick

I just tried to make one out of my old with a air grinder, my left eye is feeling the pain of that mistake. I know a couple people had some stuff on here but it's all pretty old. PM me please. This might not be what youre trying to do, but would it be easier/would you be interested to use two secondary injectors? Instead of having a 3rd injector use 2 of the ultra flow inujectors in the stock TB with a controller.

I have some free time tomorrow so I'm gonna make it look more like an engine. I have the squirters in already but I used the original seals/washers. I'm almost at the point of no return and I'm guessing I shouldn't be using those over. I looked on dads site and didn't see them (Probably over looked them) anyone know where I can get a set?

Arcing? You sure you taped / shrunk wrapped all the electrical connectors right/enough? You see any electricity jumping? Sort of sounds like that to me..

Have a decent set of metal louvers ( Rear window only ) Needs one louver clip, could probably be fabricated real easy. Ill have better pics up tomorrow. Alright I guess I should of worded this better, Im looking for a valve cover for our engines that says MITSUBISHI on it. hahaha.
