Is there any way I could get a length from the front pulleys to the rear flywheel/flexplate at your convenience?

The motor was rebuilt last year. Block was board .40 over used all new .40 over pistons, rings, bearings, oem Mitsubishi oil pump, new gaskets and seals. The head was resurfaced and has 1mm over sieved stainless intake and exhaust valves along with beefier valve springs. It has all new oem Mitsubishi fuel filters oem Mitsubishi clutch, new clutch slave cylinder, spark plugs, cap, rotor, ngk plug wires, new vacuum advance, and cooling fans. List of other mods and upgrades are, upgraded injectors, autometer boost gauge, aem wide band o2, gm Maf with translator, all hard piping to and from intercooler, modded factory intercooler, hks super sequential blow off valve, 3 inch turbo back exhaust (stright pipe), and 18g turbo. The car runs fine. It has a little miss at higher rpm. I try not to go into the upper rpm range cause the motor maybe has 50 miles on it so its still being broke in. Other than that it runs and feels good and strong. The interior could use a little work mostly dirty but its all there. Body is straight with very very few dents or dings. Paint is a little faded on hood and roof. Its not bad at all for being a old rare car. All in all this is a great car for someone looking to mess around with something. Looking to get 3500 o.b.o. It is an inline 4 cylinder turbo, 5 speed manual, REAR WHEEL DRIVE! Vehicle does not run at the moment, but turns over fine. It has a complete new ignition system from the ignition control module to the spark plugs. New injectors, TBI seal kit, Injector pigtail clips, fuel filter and a couple other little things. I suspect that the problem with it is the Fuel Pressure Regulator. I don't have the special tools to check half the things I need to figure this out. I don't have the time to mess with this anymore and I'm also out of a job so I need money. The interior is in VERY good condition for a 85. No cracks in any of the panels including dash. Steering wheel is in GREAT shape and this car has the sport package leather seats. All electronics work in the car and are original. This car goes for this price on ebay in half as good condition. While I'm not a fan of the tan interior, that black one has black in the hatch & dash area already, so a seat, door panel, and headliner dye or swap would take care of the color issue (I'd plan on new carpet on anything this old). The seats look to be in excellent shape. With no engine or trans AND a sunroof , it would be a great engine swap candidate. One thing that concerns me is what looks like the AC evaporator on the passenger floor. Do you think the reason none have sold is the remote location? Looks like $800+ to get an inoperable one here, I'd rather spend that on a used engine & trans.

I'm with you on less stressful, seems like everyone is in a big hurry these days. I felt the same way about motors until I learned how to do programming such as HP Tuners. The modern Chevy V8 (circa Gen 3) is hard to beat for affordability & interchangeability. I've had one in a Supra, an RX-7 and a BMW 5 Series.

Look at his info on the left side of his post. Where it says Houston, TX for you, it says Location:Spring ,Tx For him. EDIT Google maps says 25 miles from downtown Houston. That's nothing compared to the usual 800-2500 mile away distance on cars posted here.

It has a TEP (top end performance) street race cam, Marnal two-valve head (jet valve removed), 16g turbo, and an intake tube with blowoff valve.
