Yes it sure did. Funny you mention that as I took pictures of the house prior to Ike (insurance purposes) and theres pics of the Starion in the garage with a grill and several plants to keep it company. Luckily the only damage we sustained was the fence in the back yard that was knocked down. But to answer the question the car was garaged and did not sustain any flooding during any of the hurricanes in the past 6 years. As far as the mirrors are concerned I dont think they are repainted. Also. Sorry but I am not parting out or selling the 9s or any performance parts seperately. To recap. I still have it . 1000 bucks for a running starquest with 7 and 8s and and two 9s. I wont part it out. -

Added videos of it that I took today I have a running 1986 Mitsubishi Starion 5 speed with ~127k miles for sale. 1000 firm. No trades please. The good: Clear title in my name. It runs 3 inch *DM exhaust with high flow cat and high flow exhaust. new battery newer vac advance 2 front Falken tires are fairly new. NB air fuel gauge and a boost gauge. Non jet valve head 2 rear 8s and two rear 9s will come with it at that price. removed a/c compressor and abs. generic bov I had all the wheels polished. They are a little dull and dirty right now but clean up nice. The bad Inspection and registration are now both out. Power steering leaks/groans. some rust on the rear fender (see pic) rock chips on the front. Cuts out at about 5000 rpm. (fuel pump is going out i think)I have a potentionmeter wired in to the ECU acting as a fuel cut defense and this worked great for a long time. I could scratch second gear however now it cuts out up at 5k rpm however you still can get to redline). header bolt is stripped (closest one to the firewall) Typical. timing chains sometimes rattle at start up. Occasional clanking from the rear end ( u joint?) dent on quarter panel. parking brake hardly works (just leave it in gear) I have had the car for 6 years and I drive to work with it every once in a while 24 miles each way and it drives nice on the freeway. This car drives nice around town however once in a while it starts stumbling and cutting in and out. If you turn the car off and turn it back on it will run great. Again I suspect the fuel pump. I would prefer to sell it to somebody local and after the purchase transfer the title to your name immediately. So have some money for taxes. These pictures below were taken today and I drove the car around today as well. http://i132.photobucket.com/albums/q16/razo164/DSC01689.jpg http://i132.photobucket.com/albums/q16/razo164/DSC01688.jpg http://i132.photobucket.com/albums/q16/razo164/DSC01690.jpg http://i132.photobucket.com/albums/q16/razo164/DSC01687.jpg http://i132.photobucket.com/albums/q16/razo164/DSC01691-1.jpg http://i132.photobucket.com/albums/q16/razo164/DSC01705.jpg http://i132.photobucket.com/albums/q16/razo164/DSC01700.jpg http://i132.photobucket.com/albums/q16/razo164/DSC01699.jpg http://i132.photobucket.com/albums/q16/razo164/DSC01701.jpg http://i132.photobucket.com/albums/q16/razo164/DSC01698.jpg http://i132.photobucket.com/albums/q16/razo164/DSC01697.jpg http://i132.photobucket.com/albums/q16/razo164/DSC01696.jpg http://i132.photobucket.com/albums/q16/razo164/DSC01693.jpg http://i132.photobucket.com/albums/q16/razo164/DSC01695.jpg http://i132.photobucket.com/albums/q16/razo164/DSC01694.jpg -

Yup I am most definately evacuating. I live right by the water right where this hurricane/storm surge will hit. For those of you familiar with the area I live near the Kemah waterfront. I took some pics of the house for insurance purposes these are the car related ones. Me and my brothers boat is at the dock ... I hope the best for it! notice my neighbors in the background with the boarded up windows http://i132.photobucket.com/albums/q16/razo164/Storm016.jpg pics of the rides. Talk about a calm before the storm its a beautiful day check out the sky. http://i132.photobucket.com/albums/q16/razo164/Storm018.jpg http://i132.photobucket.com/albums/q16/razo164/Storm017.jpg Both my babies stored. I hope the best for them. I put all the plants and grille in there so they do not become projectiles during the storm. http://i132.photobucket.com/albums/q16/razo164/Storm038.jpg I am leaving tonight at midnight in my fathers ride. Wish me luck!

That looks real nice! This is inspiration for me as once I fix the little problems with my car I want to drop it as well. -
Those are one few wheels that look better than stock. Man that would look nice on a white car.

As the title implies I have finished everything with the brake elimination. However I know there is a trick to get the brake fluid back in the lines. I think you need to remove the return hose and "bleed" that one? I don t know if thats the top hose on the master cylinder or the bottom. Or am I thinking the wrong thing here. Lemme know so I can drive this sucker! Thanks
