1987 conquest for sale. this is a 9 sec 1/4 mile car. I am posting for my husband since he does not have the time so I do not have all the info as to what the car has. I MAY TRY AN MAKE IT, NEED TO TALK TO ROB AND CHARLIE TO SEE WHAT THERE STATIS IS. I WOULD MORE THAN LIKLEY TRAILER IT BUT NOT SURE IF ROOM FOR TRUCK AND TRAILER.

Mine and Robs cars are very simular in wieght am about 2640 and he is just around 2700. It has bin awhile since we scaled them, but that should be close. Ever peice of un needed steel was removed, the door beem supports is one of the heaviest things removed but you have to be very carefull with a plasma cutter to not mess up the paint.

We used q16 vp fuel and 50 psi

yes i am the owner shoeing the car , and the car will out perform most on pump gas, Rob and I are easy to get along with we just can't stand someone hateing on us for what has cost us alot of money to learn. yes , there are some inperfections but i'll work them out after the car performs real well again. We have no problem giving any info on how to get there. we could put a mostly stock car that at least has pistons in the low 12's all day long and good in the 11's with a little spray,You'd be shocked how easy and cheap.

thanks dude, your the only one who seems to get that!! what these guys are missing is that that car has a stand alone engine management system and i can use nitrous or zero advance to get this thing out of the hole. the car has plenty of torque the car pulles the wheels off the ground with 1.3sec 60ft.

everthing isn't a given or you would have already produced these kind of numbers, and the car is no were on the same level as yours

just for fyi the car gets shifted at 7500 and it does not fall out of boost in between gears, the cars ratios are set up just fine to run low low 9's all day long with no problems, this car is no dyno queen so bring on your 300hp 400hp and 500hp cars if you even got one.

it isn't the fact that i couldn't afford to do it right the 1st time, it's that i didn't relize it needed to be done, it's obvious that that my pockets are deep enough, you don't see many other starion owers with this set up. i have alot of other exspensive racing hobbies, if this was my only hobbie that i did the car would be TOP FUEL lol.

when i get back down to the shop i'll print some dyno sheets.
