  2. I will hit you up tonight when I get to work. Schedule has been a killer the past few weeks, and cell-phone typing just doesn't cut it. JR
  3. TALSLYD 2MCHPWR MORTYRS IDIDWAT CDMSMOK PWRSLYD SLYDRYD WATGRIP CMESLYD Just a few off the top of my head. JR
  4. I have most of that sitting around in the garage...hit me up for what you need.
  5. http://usera.imagecave.com/jolyrgr/wheel%20types.jpg Top to bottom, SHP wheel, Riken, Enkei. The mesh wheels were not a factory rim, but a dealer installed option. There are also some ARE mesh wheels(Enkei knock-offs) that came in a Mustang fitment that will also work for the widebody cars. the last set of Enkei's that I picked up were over $600 for the set + shipping and they were less than perfect. JR
  6. For what it is worth, I have opened up the exhaust housing to accept these by hand before. Just takes some patience and a grindstone. JR
  7. good for you, glad to hear it.
  8. solid center, polished lip.
  9. If you have a different size outlet, most likely you have a different turbo set-up and are going to need a custom DP to fit it.
  10. These are made to order. As long as it is above freezing, the shop can make with minimal notice. All of the research I have come across states that 2.5" is good up to about 275hp. If you are headed close to or above that, I would suggest a 3". As long as you still have an OEM fit MHI turbo, these systems will be a bolt on operation. If you change the fitment location of the turbo, then the DP will need modified. JR I still have time to have some made to delivery at Branson. There may even be time to swap out there.
  11. If you win the right prizes, the trip may pay for itself. This will be the one to make. JR
  12. I have talked to the Ramada, and as of right now, there are about 15 rooms available in our "block". If you have not made your reservations, now is the time. If you are waiting to the last minute, it is here. They do not need any money or credit card info to make the reservation, and nothing will be charged if you have to cancel before hand. It is a very busy weekend in Branson, and they are booked up except for our reservation block, the hotel would like to be able to gauge available rooms for the public as soon as possible. JR
  13. Those are the exhausts that I have available. This pic is from the initial 2.5" test fittings, before the slip joints are welded. That pipe is designed to swap out with a 3"converter for track use. That is why the pipe is expanded, to use 3" flanges. Currently the 2.5" sells for $295 and the 3" for $329. Fully driveway installable. JR
  14. That hose is not an original hose. The one that burst is maybe only a year or so old (was not in stock when I swapped the motor), but it may have been weakened in the motor transfer. I think I remember the heater core neck being a bit deformed. I looked the hose over good before installing, and there were no signs of it being in a deterioriated state. The other hoses I believe were new. I would just trim and re-install. Get a replacement when you can. JR
  15. http://img191.imageshack.us/img191/9859/cimg1542.jpg Like that. JR
  16. We are close to the 30 target. Only a few days left to register and get your shirt order in. If you are waiting until the last minute, we are there. JR
  17. Nevermind http://www.starquestclub.com/forum/public/style_emoticons/default/rolleyes.gif
  18. I know where another set can be had...........just a bit more but brand new. JR
  19. Thanks for the clip. Looks good. JR
  20. If you are going to do any upgrades to the head. you are really beating a dead horse/throwing money away doing it to a stock jet-valve head. With the jet-valves, it is only a matter of time till it cracks, and then all that time and/or money is going to be tossed away. Much better flow #s are going to be attained with the same amount of work to one of the aftermarket heads anyway. Here are a few #s courtesy Tainter racing and Mike K: Flow #'s for intake @ 28" and .400 Lift: Stock JV Head about 151 cfm NJV head about 165 cfm Mild Ported Marnal 188 cfm Heavy ported Marnal 211 cfm Stock 2nd Gen Magna 187 cfm Stock 3rd Gen Magna 179 cfm 2ng Gen Magna With 50mm Valves About 285+ cfm Dad can be contacted for the upgrades like SS valves, heavy duty springs and the likes. How far you go is really going to depend on the power you are wanting to make. If you stay with the stock 12a, you would prob be just fine with a Fel-Pro gasket and stock spring rates. The best thing to do (IMHO of course) is to find someone on here that makes the same power range you are shooting for, and see what works for them. Most everyone on here is pretty open about their set-ups, and the power ranges run the gambit. As far as the bottom end goes, if you are still making good compression and you haven't spun a bearing, it is most likely going to be good for a long while. I have over 200k on my short block, and it still starts and drives fine. Only in the last few months has it showed the signs of a lower compression. If it is still behaving as it should, I would leave it be. JR
  21. If the exhaust will fit with out the hanger, just get it together and have a muffler shop put one on. That hanger will help keep some of the stress/weight off the turbo. You could make the hanger yourself pretty easily, just make sure to have a hook on the end to keep the donut on. JR
