Got my pipes back from the shop. Hung them up in place to check fitment. Dropped off my exhaust system at a custom shop in town today. Excited to see the end product.

That's what I figured. I wanna do a 3" system, but someone told me that was overkill for these motors. Has anyone seen a good way to stress relieve the exhaust manifolds to prevent cracking?

ABS unit, bracket, vacuum line, 1 hard line, mounting bolts - $20 + shipping or make offer. EGR parts - $5 + shipping or make offer. I doubt anyone wants these but it's worth a shot

Got some good work done today. ABS delete, Started EGR delete, Installed braided coolant hose, removed exhaust system. I'm gonna have a shop in town build me a new exhaust system. Was thinking either 2.5" or 3", what do you guys think? Also found cracks in exhaust manifold (shocker). Removed turbo, removed exhaust manifold. Gonna weld the cracks. Is there a good way to stress relieve the manifolds? Started on my vacuum deletes. Cruise control is gone. Ordered a block off plate for the EGR. Also ordered a braided hose and adapter to do away with the ABS. Should have some pictures up this weekend.

No I just used power the power steering fluid repair stuff.

Also another quick update. I fixed the whining noise from my steering gear box. Bled out the air with a mitvac pump and put in some Bar's power steering additive. Noise is completely gone. Saved me about $200 for a reman gearbox and/or hours of my time.

If you have some lemme know, I'll scoop them up from you. And Thanks for the OVC pipe, I'm looking forward to throwing it on!
