I have an 89 that I sent and had the axles rebuilt by guy on the Facebook page, they have maybe 2k miles on them. If you do the ford diff do have to run custom axles or make a adapter, I know you would have to make a drive shaft

Makes sense I didn't think about the torque tube being the forward mount for the diff.

Is it possible to get rid of the torque tube? Secondly I will state that I don't know the reason we have them, so that could be the reason I don't know the answer to this. I know this sounds to easy but could we not remove the spline piece from the diff and replace with flange and run a one piece drive shaft? I feel like I've looked around on here pretty well but didn't find a answer, excuse me if this has been covered

I run the 3" inlet 2"outlet 18g compressor housing and wheel, did a super back rebuild on my center cartridge had to have the center cartridge machined to fit the bigger wheel. I ported my turbine housing a good bit, ported the wastegate as much as felt I could, and purchased their adjustable internal wastegate. All in all cost me around $500 for a very strong turbo that spools pretty quick. Now for the truth it should have just bought the 18g version of what you got and saved myself work and trouble. Anybody have a good clutch from a failed build, hate to say it that way but it happens to all of us at some point. Needing a better than stock clutch. At this time after the holidays I don't have better than stock clutch money. Lol. The one in the car is done for, and needing to get the car back on the road.

Need a rear diff and a set of wheels shp's would be great and a short block for 87 tsi
