I am trying to post progress pictures from photobucket but it does not seem to be working. Ive read the FAQ about posting pics and Im doing the exact same thing. Is this just because you can no longer post image from photobucket? The only time I can get it to show is using the image icon. then pasting the "Direct" link and click okay. The image will show up. but i will not let me post it.."you are not allowed to use that image extension on this community." Help please.

will coil springs on wide body fit flatty?

Someone is selling me suspension techniques coil springs (just the four spring) for front and back suspension. Ive been reading and I know the struts, control arms etc. on a wide body and flatty are different. His car is a wide body, and im planning to put them on my stock flatty. Will they fit? Thanks in advance!

i want around 400-500hp, but yea the vvti is 1000$ cheaper. and some posts say they have smaller rods than the non-vvti and some say all 2jz gte models have the same rods. so confusing. anyways I think ill most likely go with vvti. Update: i finally bought an engine hoist from princess-auto today. assembled it and remove my engine and trans. first time ever removing an engine. hard but so rewarding after. will try to get pictures posted in restoration section tomorrow since Ive been fixing rust etc. not so much on swapping yet.

this post is funny because I was in my third year of Chemical Eng at the UofA and have a black flatty, also with a seized ebrake, i also have the same dash! my car is the technica 1986 version, does yours make music when you open the doors like mine? we could've gotten together. i also removed my rear and side spoilers because it is very rusty, and now it looks just like your car itd be weird if youre also 23.. i tried driving mine in the winter, and it did a 360 on the whitemud..

so this came up...2jzgte vvti http://www.jdmsource.ca/products.php?jdm-toyota-2jz-supra-aristo-vvti-turbo&cPath=6 originally i was going for the 2jzgte non vvti http://www.jdmsource.ca/products.php?jdm-toyota-2jzgte-twinturbo-toyota-engine&cPath=6 the price different is 1000$ so it is really tempting to go with vvti, I would only want around 400-500hp max, people on the supra forum said it is hard to find parts for the vvti. like new rods. Any input on this anyone? Will I regret getting the vvti just because its 1G cheaper. btw Vettekiller's(Matt) mount will still work on this right? because I got it already.

yea its kinda lonely but then again thats why its unique! in my opinion non of the 80s(rx7, daytona, fiero, mustang, celica) car have fronts that are as nice as the starion, and the hatch back is at a perfect length, not too long and not to short aconro- thanks for answering all my questions! feel alot more confident now.

just wondering, will the twin turbo fit the engine bay because it seems like everyone is switching to one single big turbo.. also how much modification did everyone else have to do with there driveshaft? is it a matter of just shortening it? and having something that fits up to the 2jz auto transmission? my car is automatic, does anyone know if my driveshaft is longer or shorter than a standard starion? or is it the same length?

got my signature to work somewhat now, but its only because i upload the picture first to this forum in my gallery and use the share link from this website. wonder why it doesn't work for photo-bucket.

does anyone have a problem with uploading a picture to your signature like i am? it keeps saying "you cannot use the image extension type on this website" I followed all the steps from previous threads. 1, upload photo on photo-bucket 2, post the link either by copy and paste the DIRECT link from photo-bucket onto the signature, or using the image icon and then copy and past the URL link from photo-bucket, They all say that I cannot use this extension type ( don't know what that mean..) I also tried a bunch of other method like using the DIRECT, HTML, IMG. they all arent working for me. Can someone help. Best I got was upload the image onto my gallery and using the share media. but the image is really small.
