Its a stock 84 turbo. the MAF maybe cracked Ill have to check. I assume all the piping is good Its still all stock

The car pack that was suppose to have the starion included has been put on hold for awhile. They had promised a year worth of downloadable content that ended a couple months short. The starion car pack was promised to come out in the summer of this year but it seems that they waited until the last moment to let the community know that the DLC content has ended. It looks like that starion pack may be held off until november to try to keep people from buying Gran Tursimo 5.

I have decided to setup my car for drifting. I am striping the car out. The engine,trans and all of the interior except the dash. The engine has a brand new turbo. The car has a bad electrical problem because someone tried to modify it. Now the injectors arent getting any power and neither is the fuel pump. Im replacing it with a 302. I finally got my eci ordered. hopefully ill be closer to cranking it up

When we checked it we took of the return line and fuel seems to be going to the injectors its just like they are not working. The guy working on it said if it isn't the ECI its the main wiring harness. He says that the wiring harness is 500 bucks.

Im in South Carolina. Yeah there is spark at the plugs and the fuel pump is working good. the reason it wont run is it isnt getting gas. if you pour gas into the throttle body it runs good but you have to pour gas in it to keep it running.

I have a guy working on my car and he told me the other day I need a ECI for my car. He told me that is the one piece that is keeping the injectors from operating correctly because he has checked all the wiring and the fuel pump

I have a guy working on my conquest and so he needs to replace the ECI. I cant find one anywhere. Does anyone know where I can get an ECI. The guy says my car is a 1987 but on the door jamb it says September 1986 so would it be considered a 87

I tried to buy a turbo from him and it just didnt work out. I waited as long as I could and now Im just trying to get my money back. Hes a good guy but kept pushing back the dates of when he would ship the turbo. I waited just under a month and by then I had bought two turbos. Hes a good guy just really busy so if you can wait Hes the guy for you.

While I was waiting on him I bought two other turbos for my car so I guess ill have a good spare turbo. Oh well hopefully he sends them as planned.

I finally got a key made for my car. It turns out that they had wired in an ignition switch from a tractor on to my 86 quest. one step closer to getting it running

whats the easiest way to install the ignition switch?

I bought a set of door locks, the gas door lock and ignition for twenty bucks. I picked a good stock turbo and set of door panels for 175. Im getting closer and closer to having my car running.

If I had bought it from a stranger I would have told them I had to hear it run first but I bought from a friend of my dads. He has his own body shop and has always been on the up and up with my dad and I. I will have to post some pictures because the car is in pretty good shape. The main thing it lacks is the front air dam. The main point of getting it was to have a nice starting point on a import. I have 1967 Ford Fairlane that I am working on and I wanted a cool turbo car and these are one of the coolest turbo cars made. I was looking at the quest and a first gen celica hardtop. I picked the quest because the celica had a lot of rust on the roof. the quest was in much better shape.
