  1. So happy about this!! Cant wait for the weather to break and finish up the car. Made some new additions to the shelf o' vintage Mitsubishi over Christmas.. http://farm8.staticflickr.com/7405/11822947174_8a27db889f_c.jpg
  2. Ahhhhhh!!!!! Yay!!! They look so good!!!! Can't wait to see the whole set!!!! http://farm3.staticflickr.com/2846/10969281163_37bf0bcafb_c.jpg My new little toy/side project. 55k mile old lady Colt
  3. Def not, but other than the rally cars they are all still available if you look around. Thanks!
  4. Nope, both the same narrow cars. They are based on Australian touring cars, and there was never a wide car there. Kyosho does make a wide car though, available in White, Red, Silver and Black with or with out aero disc hubcaps. Tomica does a flat body in 1/64 too and there have been a few rally cars in different scales. Here is a pic of my old school Mitsu collection...... http://farm6.staticflickr.com/5519/10948278683_491494857f_c.jpg a little out dated as there are a few new additions.
  5. No worries! I have my detail guy doing a full detail on it this weekend for you, at least you can start the road trip in a clean car! It was a super deal! I will miss the car, but I need the space for the flatty project and I picked up a pretty sweet '79 Cressida to three season daily. More room in there for the family ya know
  6. You have it back on the road yet? Short notice but we are caravaning down to MOD east Friday night. Another old school would be a nice addition! Looking good underhood!
  7. Not quite sure how I still have this!!! Anyone? Still 3k firm
  8. Yeah, def not going to let it go for any less than $3k. Any less and I will keep it for next season!
  9. It is, I just would need the cash asap. Stupid real life getting in the way of cars!
  10. Check out my build thread. It should give a pretty good indication of how bad a little visible rust can be. Just noticed, Wow I need to update my thread! http://www.starquestclub.com/forum/index.php?showtopic=132318
  11. Bump......anybody got 3k? Won't find a better car for that!
  12. Ok cool, let me know, I def want to sell this car this weekend or before if poss!
  13. Couple small dings, nothing major. The whole car was painted and one point (as most red '87s have been) and there are a few places where the clear coat is peeling. Heat works beautiful but there is no a/c compressor, would have to source that from somewhere. Condenser is there and the lines, but there was no compressor when I got the car. I can get some other pics of the interior but there are no flaws, the leather is good, the door panels and dash are perfect. The silver buttons are peeling, but you can get those from natallica here on the forum.
  14. Car needs an exhaust manifold gasket. Thats it. No sunroof. The bottom of this car is RUST FREE, every bolt loosens on the first try. It is an absolute pleasure to work on this car. There is a little rust in the qtrs, nothing that made me stay away from the car at all though. Very repairable or just live with it and it wont get worse if you don't drive in the salt and weather. http://farm8.staticflickr.com/7315/9605987271_50b9201685.jpg http://farm6.staticflickr.com/5451/9605987577_f36972cfb0_z.jpg
  15. Big price drop. Def losing money at this price, but I need it gone please! $3500
  16. I sent N8 the pictures a little while ago Matt. I had a pretty perfect set on my car before I stripped the paint and sent them to him with measurements. I can't wait to see the finished product, but I don't want to rush him! Hoping to have my car done by the DSM shootout next year! BTW, here is a photo of the black ES decal style.... http://i68.photobucket.com/albums/i23/jayjr9780/newcar.jpg The pics I sent him are in this album..... http://www.flickr.com/photos/braddesantis/sets/72157622696437509/

  18. Did not think I would be selling this so quick. But the opportunity to buy another car has come up and I am thinking about moving this one. Car runs great and turns heads wherever it goes. 83,000 Original miles 2.6 4cyl Turbo 5 speed manual with a nice strong clutch Limited slip rear diff (LSD) Black leather with NO tears or visible wear Factory Stereo with graphic equalizer and working cassette deck, so 80s! I have only had this car for about a year but in that time I have taken it on trouble free road trips to as far away as Pigeon Forge Tennessee and back averaging prob 25mpg. The car does not need much, it is roadworthy as any other if not more so. Recent brakes, aluminum radiator from Top End Performance in Cali. They are the Starion/Conquest experts and any performance or non oem replacement parts come from them.Freshly rebuilt a All fluids maintained, Liquid Moly synthetic gear oil in the trans (similar to syncromesh but better) OEM Mitsubishi DIAQUEEN LSD Rear differential gear oil, and since I have owned it only OEM Mitsubishi oil filters. I would not hesitate to drive this car anywhere and in fact if I still have it in a few weeks it may be driving back to TN again. Email me here or call at 978-790-0234 Thanks Brad http://farm9.staticflickr.com/8255/8612864471_9f3dcc88f4_c.jpg http://distilleryimage1.s3.amazonaws.com/3b91224ad7b511e29e9622000a9f09f1_7.jpg http://distilleryimage8.s3.amazonaws.com/ef086352a05f11e2b95b22000a1fab39_7.jpg http://distilleryimage9.s3.amazonaws.com/da0e52be6bb611e29c2922000a9e48da_7.jpg http://boston.craigslist.org/nos/cto/4023075780.html
