  1. You must have been watching my new hair cut recently!!
  2. Mine was rusted up pretty good to. I took it off completely, then pressure washed it real good. Next, I took my grinder and got all the access rust off everywhere and then rustoleum painted it and it is good to go still. Consider it a lil' weight reduction,LOL!
  3. Being broke is driving me nuts!!!!! I got to make some money the Quest is in need!!!
  4. '87 Pontiac Fiero GT, Auto - POS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! '84 Ford Thunderbird Turbo Coupe, 5 SPD - TOOK A BEATING AND WAS STILL FAST AND RELIABLE! '90 VW Jetta Carat, Auto - Car was a tank and a true soldier of the street, 200K and no smoke... '95 VW Jetta GLX VR6, 5 SPD - My fastest car to date and sexiest. Solid except for electrical gremlins.. '93 Infiniti G20 SR20DE, 5 SPD - uncomforatable as hell, and would never run wright, interior plastics SUCK!!! '89 Chrysler Conquest SHP, 5 SPD - What can I say about this car that hasn't already been said. GOOD AND BAD!!! I never thought I would own a Mitsubishi due to poor quality and craftsmanship that I saw in ALL the typical DSM's. Tranny issues, drive shaft issues on AWD, elecrical issues. HA, I remember getting into several of those fast cars and when you close the door it sounded like the glass and panels were gonna come flying off at ya!!! The biggest prob with Starquest I can see is lack of maintanence from crappy owners that had no idea what they have. I see so many sitting and rotting in the sun and under trees where dogs make nest wholes under them. It wouldn't be so bad if you could get parts like any other Japanese car!!!!
  5. Awesome Shelby!! You were diesel for sure!!! Those were some impressive stats!! BTW!! I just hit 200lbs yesterday, been a long time coming as I am a hard gainer!! Only 50lbs more to go!!!!
  6. Hey folks!! Have a great Holloween and be safe, and be careful. Don't drink and drive, and if you do, try and not sample the boost everywhere you go!LOL!
  7. Lets see it bro!!!! I got some for you guys real soon!!
  8. Hey guys! Have a problem here. When I am at work and log onto this forum I can click a thread and read everybodys posts all the way down to the end. When I am at home and click a thread it shows the original topic and then I have to scroll to bottom of page and click on the replys one by one through hyperlink. I have gone into my settings and tried to switch from outline, linear, standard and it will not save changes! Am I missing something or can someone please, please fix this!?!?!?!?
  9. Buddy of mine has a '04 SRT-4 and he has what looks to me like to much oil all in his motor, IC pipeing, HKS SSQV has a soaked bottom end, throttlee body when opened has oil all in it. Car doesn't smoke one bit, and has 82,000K on it and has this oil thing since 33,000K on it. He runs 11.90's on stock turbo so I think you have no probs do be honest!!!
  10. Jackson racing super chargers are a vailable for all those hondas, however dollar for dollar you are better off turboing it. As far as tons of work to bolt a kit on its one of the easier cars to do. I got guys all around here that boost those cars with all the different motors, H22 -B18 - B16 - ETC. They slap a kit on and put a Grand National map sensor on which on any Honda forum you should be able to find wiring diagrams for. they are all pretty much high compression motors and they have no probs what so ever running 8-10PSI on stock motors with 80000-100000K on them. Case and point there is this guy that runs 1.8 GSR motors in hatches with a 70 trim ARP studs all through motor and runs about 18-19 PSI all day long, hell the but hole just ran 11.9 ET at the track the other day!!! Wish we could do that on our cars, damn Hondas!!!
  11. WD-40 the heck out of it during the drilling process so you don't kill the bit in the first 2 holes. And do the same during the tapping process to. That was great advice stated above about taking a quarter turn at a time.
  12. I suspect it is the ISC motor my car does this aswell, sometimes the rpm takes a hot minute to go down and sometimes it drops right away. My car rarely when cold hits the 1300-1500 rpm mark, only when its super cold outside. So yeah, check the cable for resistance and the ISC like ol' boy said above. Thats what I'm gonna do next.
  13. Bro, you could be a mega beast!!! Stats are looking good!!!
  14. Yeah really bro!! Keep on doing what your doing as it sounds good to go. If you want more than what you see on ya, than crank up the intensity and tighten up the diet. Protein, protein, protein!! Just take care of those knees.....
  15. HA HA!!!! Someones been peeking in my window!!LOL! Thats awesome you got those up. The first pic I was 186lbs diet was crappy and a lot of Dr.Pepper. That pic was from begining of '07 I think. The second was from the end of '08 IIRC, and was at 183lbs much leaner as you can see. Wow! I am glad to see there is many bros on here that do lift or have some lifting exp. Keep up the great work guys!!! Hard body + Fast Starquest = Big Pimpin!!!!!
  16. I think you are headed in the right direction bro. The type of working out your doing is great for flexibility, cardio conditioning, endurance, and building some lean muscle. The dodging, jabbing, uppercutting, will most certainly give you some sick obliques, and lower lats. Most likely won't do to much for the lower abs at the belt line, which is where most men suffer. Sounds like you have some MMA, and kick boxing background of some sort since you chose this as your work out. How old are you, and what have you done to your knees bro? Pick up some Glucosamine sulfate, it's very good for the joints, and price is right. For legs, you must train smart. I don't like running due to the impact on the knees and over time can cause the probs you have now. The Eliptical if you have access would be best for more cardio and thickening those wheels up, LOL! Have you tried to wrap your knees before lets say Squats, Deadlifts, Leg press? If not than do so during a leg work out and you maybe surprised on how they feel. I can tell you now that Squats are the daddy and if you go deep [just past parallel to floor] you will be taking all the brunt off those knees. The Smith Machine is the best route for that, if you try it out make sure your knees DO NOT go out past the toes, imagine sitting back in a chair. As for the lower abs go, get on a decline bench or make one, and on your way up doing a crunch start doing your jabbing from side to side. I am rambling now, LOL! So hope that helps!!
  17. Very well put bro!!!! I am excited about your exhaust system and thanks a bunch for stepping up in that department!!
  18. Odds are the tuner went out for sure, it's 20+ years old. I have a nice stock deck from my 89 Conquest. All the lights work and picked up stations just fine. Speakers were trash so I just pulled it out during my R&R. I have no use for it and will set it very cheap. Shoot me a price!!!!!!
  19. Yeah I meant 10.5%, LOL! I have no idea what my max is on anything. It proves nothing but building ones ego overboard. I like to remain humble and let my technique and aggression do the talking. Like said above, diet is 80% of this game. I am glad to see some folks on here that enjoy living a stronger and healthier lifestyle. If any of you want some friendly advice on training from novice to expert feel free to give me a buzz. BTW - maxing out will do nothing but get you a one way ticket to a injury.......As you know.
  20. Thats some decent stats bro!!! Whats your BF%?? Sounds like you have a good frame to do some work.... If you are trying to loose weight and you are super active at work, resist the urge to eat garbage through the fast food lines!!! Good luck on your goals bro!!!
  21. Hell yaeh that counts!!! It would be a bad day if it didn't!!LOL!
  22. Yah, put some pics up bro!!!! I got some new ones coming myself!! Sitting at 5'11 197lbs 105%BF...... Is Silk Dagger pretty regular on here????
  23. Naw, it's cool you didn't jack it. Great pic and glad you shared.....
  24. I run all Redline Oil products, unless I am on a budget than motor oil is Mobil-1 Synthetic 10w30. For oil filters the best budget IMO is Puralator PureOne. I usually run only Mobil-1 or K&N. I have put only about 2600 miles on my car in 2years so I can go for the top shelf stuff........
  25. So I take it this is a GREAT EBC???? Looks sweet and is Greddy so I know it is a well made piece. So in you guys opinion this thing is worth having in the Quest???
