  1. listen to this. im at a party at my pops house and a bunch of us were out around my xj and one of my dads friend said hey you want another one of those. He tells me this guy owed him 700 bucks for a long time and could never come up with the money so he ended up giving up his toy. so the guy sold it to me for 700. its a 97 cherokee 7 inch lift on 35's quick disconnect sways big off road rack on top with new spare mounted up there with 5 piaa lights rock crawlin bumper with winch with 2 more lights 4.0L bushwacker fender flares he drove it to where it sits now and said it had no problems thats all i know and all he knows about it. i pick it up tomorrow ill post some pics clean title just took a peek at it through the fence
  2. oh yeah you have to know when to use your locker and when not too. if your going to be doing sharp turns always unlock.
  3. lockers make it easy. im locked front and rear. tires are a big plus too. here is my poser pic. We also have a 76 scout that has open difs and my wife wont even ride with me offroadin it because it slides everywhere.   9. so a guy pulls up to the shop i work at with a clean 86 flatty auto with 76000 miles. said he just bought it from some kids. it smokes a lil and im already thinking head gasket so i try to pop the rad cap off and there is a ton of pressure. i let it cool of a lil bit and come back to it and it still has a ton of pressure. i let the pressure bleed off look iniside and see a bunch of copper flake fix a leak stuff i already tell the guy that, that is a bad sign. so i go get my trusty combustion gas detector fire up the car and stick it to the rad and on the first sec i had it on there it instantly showed signs of combustion gasses. so im going to do the job on the side and was wondering what you would charge to do a hg. Im thinking no less than 500 in labor. were hoping its just the hg and not a cracked head. let me know what you think. oh and this was the first flatty i have came across and it does all the talking stuff that is sweet.

  14. dont have to go to far into it. get a long enough roll pin that you can put the vac line on the at least 1/4". the diameter what ever fits closest to the size of the orig hole
  15. oh yeah rock sliders are a must. have a nice front bumper already.
  16. heat up a roll pin and slide it in. then put the vac line on with a lil pookie on the end so it will stick flush.
  17. thats not it thats the barametric pressure sensor. its the one next to it. with the electrical plug

  20. i plan 2 more inches of lift and 33's im into the rocks cant get to high.
