  1. Well it is running better than it ever has. I am working on the fuel tables now. Have a ton of wiring to clean up that is going to take some time. I removed the entire engine harness and ecu. Cleaning up engine bay by removing all the old useless junk.
  2. My current setup is the factory throttle body and new larger injectors. I am using a 2 sensor wideband unit, All new CTS,ATS, really the only thing that I plan to use from the stock unit sensor wise is the TPS and the knock sensor. But as I go along I am sure I'll be adding other things. Going to go MPI at some point but I really wanted to see where I can get with the TB.
  3. About 1400 right now. I am a dealer for them now just in the last few days anyway. Trying to get a little better understanding on these before I advertise I am a dealer.
  4. I just purchased a Haltech Platinum Sport 1000. I will be installing on my 87 tsi. This ecu seems to be pretty powerful and can be programmed to work with most of the factory sensor. Added on a wideband for a little extra tuning capabilities. I will post a follow up as to how well it works. Not sure if anyone else has tried this unit. ***Just got it installed. This really wasn't to bad to put in. Car is running. Starting on mapping the fuel needs. Just started so maybe a day or two it will be drivable. The new software for the platinum series is absolutely amazing. The live views, gauges and controls make life easy. Lets just hope I don't blow the motor...

  7. This appears to be a pretty solid SHP project car. I have had it for a few months now and just bought it for the SHP wheels. It has its share of bumps and bruises but overall a good start for someone. To nice to part out. The front seats are not original the owner before me had strpped them out and now there is an old pair of 87 leather seats in it. The Dash board is exceptional no cracks that i can find and it is very clean. The rest of the interior looks to be in great condition for the year. I am asking 500 obo. Car located outside Springfield Mo by about 20 min. http://i399.photobucket.com/albums/pp75/mharrison62/IMG_0056.jpg http://i399.photobucket.com/albums/pp75/mharrison62/IMG_0055.jpg http://i399.photobucket.com/albums/pp75/mharrison62/IMG_0054.jpg http://i399.photobucket.com/albums/pp75/mharrison62/IMG_0053.jpg http://i399.photobucket.com/albums/pp75/mharrison62/IMG_0051.jpg :gun:
  8. I had the same issue a few days ago and mine was the injector was dripping not spraying. It was pretty clogged up.I pulled the OVP and watched as I had some one turn the motor over for a second and it was pretty obvious then. I replaced the injector and all was well again...
