  • 2 weeks later...

I also took a look at this today. Very good "starter" car for someone. VERY little rust for an Ohio car, just a small bit behind the rear wheels, and the pass side frame rail. Car is originally Palermo. Interior looked very nice. Started and idled fine, no smoke. I didn't drive it, even though it was offered.

Main thing to be aware of is that the car has been rear ended. The body where the rear bumper mounts is folded up a bit. Easily fixable, but something to be aware of.

All in all, seems like a nice car with a nice owner. If anyone wants more info, please feel free to ask. The car is literally walking distance from my house.

Thanks for comments on the car, guys. If anyone would like to see this car in person just let me know and i can make sure to be around or I can drive it somewhere to meet up.

And like Slowquest said the car has been rearended and the bumper is pushed down a bit as seen in the pictures, but i just want to assure everyone that it does not affect the driveability of the car.

Thanks,

Jason

Ended up pulling the hardpipes of tonight and sanding them down, will pry paint them either tomorow or saturday. You can see in one of the engine pics the pipes are sanded.

Bump...

Took it to Columbus this weekend and it ran great, had no problems with it.

Will try to get some new pictures up tonight, the car looks great right now, i finally had some time to clean it this weekend and besides the noted flaws in the paint i thought it looked really good.
