1990 Eagle Talon AWD Turbo 5 spd

Asking $6000

 

 

The car is located in near Akron, Ohio.

143k on the body and about 15k since the entire rebuild.

The car dyno'd Last year at 372 at the wheels on 19psi.

Over 10k invested into rebuild and performance parts.

 

The car has been recently painted about 2 years ago.

Its very streetable, the car is driven around on the weekends without a problem. Currently it is tuned with a safc 2, this is only possible because it has a 2g mas which runs about 20 percent leaner compared to the 1g mas. So with the 2g mas and 660's the safc 2 is able to do a decent job. If you really wanted to make big power (400 Plus) all the car would need would be a dsmlink and bigger injectors. (Everything else is there) I just never did it because I thought it had plenty of power as is.

not to screw with you.. but id like to see a dyno graph...

the shop i work at has had many many high 300awhp & 400AWHP dsm's and I just dont believe its possible to tune it that well with just an SAFC...

 

welcome to earth dsms have been doin it for a while he has the fuel pump injectors and other suporting mods its only at 19lbs i dont see why he wouldnt be able to

Yes it is only tuned with an safc 2. The engine is fully built with all the of the supporting mods. It was tuned by Switzer on 19 psi and made 372 awd hp. The car has a FP Green Turbo on it. I will post engine pics later on today if you would like.

 

as far as ONLY being tuned with SAFC id still like to see proof of that..

he also didnt state what turbo he was runnnig which makes a big difference..

He's not hitting 400AWHP with only SAFC as a tuning device...

ive been around dsm's a long time as well.. cant say they do that all the time..

Different Dyno's read vastly different numbers depending on how they are calibrated. As for tuning those injectors with that turbo at that boost, Its VERY possible. 372 is a reasonable dynojet number, Im guessing your local shop uses a mustang dyno.

 

If the dyno number is what sells you on this car, you probably shouldn't be buying it though, let alone any other car with any decent amount of power.
