jdmZ33
I'm now selling these wheels which were never driven on. I sold the starion a few months back and never got to put the wheels on. I am selling all 4 wheels with brand new tires and I am throwing in a set of 4 (1 inch spacers) in as well. Shipped I will do 1100 firm. I payed quite a bit more than this though. Also to note. the pictures that have the 5 zigen wheels are not shown with the spacers so your starquest will look much better than in my pictures when you add the spacers to them. These wheels have very low offsets which when paired with the spacers I'm sure they will look amazing. I did plan to put them on after I polished them but I never got around to it. Paypal is mr__lei@hotmail.com pm me for more info. I was absolutely disgusted by the way these look on my car. I'm going to purchase some spacers and push these suckers out to the fenders and hope they look alot better but if not. I will be selling these. I just dont understand they look so sick on an nsx,240sx, and rx7 but to me they look horrible on our cars... we'll please give me your absolute honest opinion on these. I got the lowest offsets they make for this car as well and I still need spacers.... Althought the car is about 1 inch higher off the ground so I'll need to adjust the coilovers to lower it back down a little. The wheels are 17x8 in the front and 18x9.5 in the rear with Bridgestone Potenza runflats all around. I'll update when I get the spacers. But if I don't like the way they look even with spacers then I will be selling these rare color wheels.... =( went from http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v306/johnzsosmooth/dDSC_7067.jpg http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v306/johnzsosmooth/PICT2557.jpg http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v306/johnzsosmooth/PICT2558.jpg http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v306/johnzsosmooth/PICT2559.jpg http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v306/johnzsosmooth/PICT2560.jpg http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v306/johnzsosmooth/nsx2.jpg http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v306/johnzsosmooth/6231_32079947.jpg http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v306/johnzsosmooth/rx7.jpg EDIT: Decided to polish my wheels hyper black is too dark for me. here is a before and after pic. Only got one wheel so far but I'm happy I don't have to do any sanding since there in perfect condition. http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v306/johnzsosmooth/PICT2565.jpg http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v306/johnzsosmooth/PICT2573.jpg Edited August 28, 2008 by jdmZ33

D_Venable
Here's Jozel's car, pics are a few years old, but looks like the same 5zigen wheels Jozel's rims I think they'll look better once you space them out, but honestly, I'm not liking the 2 different diameters, the spoke design of those wheels just don't lend themselves to that staggered height look. I'd go with 18's all around, as I like the way the 18" looks, the size and proportion of the spokes compared to the outer rim is much nicer. BTW, what are the offsets? I'm running 22mm up front, and 22mm out back with a 25mm bolt on spacer. and I want to get 1/4" spacers on the front to match the gap on the rear
Komeuppance
Fcn-1oR's or whatever they're called... EVERYBODY has those... especially 240 kids and Civic baby's. Damn... I must agree with you, they are fugly. Those tires look much thinner than the other cars you posted with the same rim... possible that has something to do with it. I also noticed that the other cars have much lower side skirts and front/rear bumpers, as our SQ's do not. However, the main thing causing the fuglyness is the gap between the fender and the tire... toooooo much. Like you said, eliminate it and see if it improves. I'd say the SQ's need some lip, they just don't look right... those wantanabe's you were spying are sikk. -Robert

I just purchased some 25mm spacers all around but maybe I need to change my fronts to 1.5 Anyways my specs are 17x8 +25 front ?(with the spacer with will bring it to +0 in the front) tires are 225-45-17 and the rears are 18x9.5 +12 (with spacers it will be -13)tires are 255-35-18 so I really hope the spacers and lowering it another inch to the ground will complete the car... and yes the tires look a little funny because I picked em up used from a buddy of mine for a good deal. I wish the tires were a 40 but oh well...
emagdnim
Your car looks AMAZING with those wheels on it.... please leave them on. Spacers will help more then you think.

dem0ntsi
The back looks good if you pushed it out.. makes me think Im going to need spacers too.. and you should have gotten 18s for the front. You can pull off not having a big lip if you have enough concaver IMO. Doesnt look bad though.. but in the end its your opinion that counts. Hopefully this will fix the problem. should look okayt with spacers. I like the wheels, the back ones just look funny on the car. but spacers will help a lot. heres my 19x10's and 19x8's before spacers....looks a lot better now with the spacers though http://i25.photobucket.com/albums/c75/madskilld814/questballin.jpg
JustPaus_88TSi
Two inch spacers? That'll bring your rears to roughly -38.8mm... Not going to work with a 9.5" rear brother. Maybe if you shaved the rear fenders(not rolled), pulled them a tad, stretched some 235 or 245's on and went all negative cambered out like a Bippu VIP car or something... These spacers, they're bolt on right?

It's too bad the guy im getting em from are all out 2 inchers so I'm just buying 1 inch all around... Edited May 1, 2008 by jdmZ33
JustPaus_88TSi
You know.. I forgot how much added camber I gained when I made more room for adjustment in the rear towers. So i\'ve never fitted my rims with the camber plate centered like stock isolators sit. You might just squeek by. Here\'s a 19x10.5(-3mm) with a 275/30. http://www.26liter.us/gallery/albums/userpics/10162/IMG_6512.JPG Have you taken a ruler(preferably has MM also) to the rears yet, to see how much gap you have from the tire\'s sidewall to the fender lips? JustPaus_88TSi
Okay.. 9.5" with a -13mm offset will be fine. I thought you were goin for the gusto! LOL A 2" spacer for the front making the 8" be a -25mm or so offset would be a disaster. Unless you like the front rims/tires poking out from the fender while the rears are tucked look.. LOL Edited May 1, 2008 by JustPaus_88TSi

LOL yeah I did this off a guess without actually doing it with the after market rims on. I ended up putting on my stocks back on as soon as I put the aftermarket ones on and got too tired and lazy to even think about measuring with the aftermarket on. I should have thought it out better. The fronts just look so bad though lol. Do you think 1 inch spacers all around would look okay? I know the other guy with a red one and my rims is 10mm lower than me and his fronts were not coming to the fenders just quite so I figure a 2 incher would set me off quite nice or even a 1.5 would keep me on par with him. That's why I figured. he had his fronts as 18x9+15 which equals 18x8-10 if compared to me which I have a 8 inch rim as well. I just wanted to stack up against him since his wheels actually looked decent.
