attack vector
Try asking: Oscar_the_Grouch He sells a very nice stainless steel braided elimination line in a kit with easy to follow instructions. I used his kit and it worked like a charm.
Crazy larry
just go to harbor freight and buy a double flare tool and reuse the antilock line don't forget to put the line nut on first before you flare the tube after you cut bend re shape. Way cheaper and faster than Oscar
fixture
I made my own as well. Just got some brake line from the auto parts store. Removed the screw/ nuts from the old line, attached them to the new line, bent the tube where I liked it and flared the ends. Attached it, bled the lines, complete. attack vector
This thread might help you out. I used these as a guide to do mine. Though I didn't use the hardline and do the flaring. I just used Oscars kit. Still same procedure. http://starquest.i-x.net/viewtopic.php?t=951 Also, whereabouts in Palatine are you? I live in Palatine. I'm pretty much right on Dundee and Smith rd. As always, for my fellow starquest brothers... let me know if I can ever lend a hand! Sorry! Didn't mean to hijack this thread. Back to the topic at hand....
RWDAddict
Very nice. Are you heading to the meet this year? Heck, that would be much easier. My buddy might not be able to go, so I already have a room and if he can't then you are more than welcome to split the room with me and I can drive up. Hopefully Sully can get my car done in time. So where do you hit the streets around there?
