bigmandsm Posted June 9, 2007 Report Share Posted June 9, 2007 Ok I have a 87 STARION AND INSTALLED A ms1 v2.2 fuel only my problem is when done the entire engineharness was removed and now I can not get spark .What I am using is a mds6a w/blaster coil 4 prong gm hei modual w/ resiter installed on hei I get no spark at all nothing nada I am thinking i am missing something for wiring .I was also thinking of putting stock modual back in but dont know if it will work without the stock ecu.If i try to put it back in does the pressure sensor,stock ecu, and knock sensor have to be used? bigmandsm Posted June 11, 2007 Author Report Share Posted June 11, 2007 Well problem solved for now .What I did is put the stock knock box(spark box) back into car and ran megasquirt tach input of the neg of the coil and folled the mega manual for constants settings and the car fired right up.Now how do I switch to 12x12 map instead of 8x8?
