Hey all - I'm in the area, and I've got all four struts complete from a junkyard 88 sitting in the garage I could take down to these guys for the project if they need them for measurements. I'm interested as well. Those look sweet.

I just heard back from them, and they are 90% sure they can make the coil overs, they want me to go ahead and send out the entire front and rear strut assemblys for them.

So I should be packaging them up and shipping them out this week. Still going to be a while, but at least they want the struts, so I thikn this is in the bag :)

D2's are cheap but they are a hell of a lot better then the tokico blue's

I have seen them and talked to a few people that have them, and they look preety nice. Basically they are coil overs in the $1000 price range. Not $3500 coil-overs.

I find 99% of the time people talk s*** about suspension, its because its brand preference. Like asking a chevy lover what he things about a ford car....

If you pay tein enough money they will make you a set for the starion, probably run ya about 3000+. You'd need to get in touch with tein japan since the one off thing is only offered in japan.

Anyways, im not even going to get into this, do your own research and figure it out for yourself. I just want some good suspension for my car, and d2 is willing to work with me, which 99% of every other company out there would just laugh in your face.

I also inspected a set at horsepowerfreaks while I was picking up my wideband, and they seem to be a very solid, and nice looking product.

Sorry this is being delayed. in the last 4 weeks, I have only gotten 20 hours of work. I went ahead and got a second job at the parent company of roadway, which is yellow, and so far, im getting good work this week, so I will try and get it all packaged up this week.

Hey smog, send me a pm with your paypal addy and I'll send you some $$ to help with shipping.

Werd. Can't a few of us pitch in 10-20 bux to pay for packaging/shipping? This is a small obstacle and I'd love to help.
