Dcrasta Posted March 2, 2005 Report Share Posted March 2, 2005 Seems from some pics I have seen that we have oil filled dampners (Struts). I wonder are the dampners rebuildable? Seems to me if they are you can just refill/replace the dampner fluid with maybe motorcycle fork oil ? Is it possible? Anyone know for sure? 860QuestTuner Posted March 6, 2005 Report Share Posted March 6, 2005 They also have seals that need replacing when worn.There are shops the specialize in rebilding and modifing shocks/struts, you could probaly get parts and do your own custom job.
