The adaptor you need is for the conquest and dodge d50 pickup truck. I can't remeber what the part number is but 19/36/90 are sticking in my head for some reason. Anyways that adapter will bolt on the steering coulom and let you use a steering wheel with the three holes (this part they will usauly have to order, but it's the one you have to have). If you want to use a steering wheel like mine you need the other adapter to make it a five hole (they allways have those in stock). hope that helps. Just remember the Grant kit is two parts and is about $20-30 total You'll need the horn and adapter hardware then you'll need the plastic piece that covers the adapter up so it look's good- The momo and grant and sparco all have industry standard configurations.
