I say rebuildable because I carefully cut out most of the mounting clips, because they were rotting thru and did not want the rot to eat thru the front skin/visible portions of the mudguards. With a little attention these can be made to look brand new. Just fill them in prime & paint. Then mount with 3m double sided body tape. Looking to get $350, plus shipping.
