Anything over 100 KPA is boost. So if you have a 2.5 bar map sensor you only get 150 KPA of boost. Each PSI is ~7 KPA. So with 150 KPA you get around 22 PSI of boost. a 4 bar map sensor would net you ~43 psi of boost.
