Never tried this stuff. I baked manifold in oven at 200degrees for 30mins 400 or 30min and 600 for 20 mins. Let it cool in between different baking temps. We will see if this lasts. I have my doubts.

Got throttle body cleaned, rebuilt it and mounted on intake. Installed my trilogy injectors for now. I need to get my OEM injectors checked. I believe one is leaking.

Next ill install both manifolds and rebuilt 12a. My housing for my 16g was cracked so I have to get another housing machined till I can run it again...kinda a bummer.

Managed to get it from installed head only to running tonight. Didn't puff a drop of smoke at start up. I'm glad I rebuilt that turbo. Shes got an occasional miss. I used two different throttle bodies to build one. So I'm sure ill need to do a tps/isc reset.

It warmed up enough to kick the primary fan on, twice. Going to let it cool down and re tourqe the head.

Glad to have done this. Makes me feel more at ease knowing its got a good head and all now. Oh I also replaced almost every rubber hose on the darn thing. Other than the heater and the bypass. Probably most two important.

I'm going to tidey everything back up after my retorque of head. Plug wire separators and heat shield and things. Still need one more injector lead. Some reason guy at O'Reilly thought I wanted one. Hope to get rid of all the mass and that mess soon. Im hoping Santa brings me a maft and a wideband...or allows me to purchase one soon..haha

Thanks. Pretty good idea. I want something more sturdy as you mentioned. Plan on have a single 10". But also be able to have access to spare.

I just threw the old cardboard on top of the wood and traced it out so it still has the handle, put foam strip or something where the board meets the car mine rattles sometimes I need to fix that.

looking good.

did you have to cut the wheel studs for the spacers?

what size are they?

Thank you. And no sir, they are both 25mm. With quarters rolled and -.06 camber I'm pretty close, but no rub.
