NikoFab
Here's a couple of shots of the completed project. I'm really happy with how it turned out. Such a subtle change has made a huge difference in the bike's appearance and personality. http://www.nikofab.com/uploads/3/2/3/6/3236317/7076191_orig.jpg http://www.nikofab.com/uploads/3/2/3/6/3236317/9237217_orig.jpg http://www.nikofab.com/uploads/3/2/3/6/3236317/3434887_orig.jpg http://www.nikofab.com/uploads/3/2/3/6/3236317/7385837_orig.jpg Edited August 7, 2013 by NikoFab

I made an offer of $30 and they accepted it. And...I had extras left over just in case.http://www.ebay.com/...984.m1439.l2649 Edited August 8, 2013 by NikoFab

natallica
Sweet Dude! Looks AWESOMEMaybe about an inch or so too long, but looks awesome.I went with one pass of the lime so that some of the flake would show through (not as opaque as the OEM design, hope it worked out for ya, also hope the wife digs it. Thanks for considering me Sir!-N8

NikoFab
A couple of shots the night before track day...cleaned 'em up all nice and shiny. http://www.nikofab.com/uploads/3/2/3/6/3236317/2331665_orig.jpg http://www.nikofab.com/uploads/3/2/3/6/3236317/1050694_orig.jpg
NikoFab
Some post-inspection shots at the track. Angie ran her bike too and put a few people to shame...imagine returning to your friends at camp after being beat by a 95lb hot chick on a 250cc bike. Not bad for somebody who's only been riding for a month! http://www.nikofab.com/uploads/3/2/3/6/3236317/6975592_orig.jpg http://www.nikofab.com/uploads/3/2/3/6/3236317/8227350_orig.jpg http://www.nikofab.com/uploads/3/2/3/6/3236317/1430331_orig.jpg Edited August 26, 2013 by NikoFab
NikoFab
Just for you bike enthusiasts...this is what an 8-second 1/4 mile bike looks like. The exhaust plaque says "Stupid Fast" and couldn't be any closer to the truth. http://www.nikofab.com/uploads/3/2/3/6/3236317/3343760_orig.jpg Edited August 26, 2013 by NikoFab
importwarrior
so what times did you both run???
NikoFab
so what times did you both run??? Angie ran mid 16's and I ran low 14's. My reac times were crap (around 0.95) and 60 foot averaged about 3.1. I either spun the rear or bogged down...couldn't find that traction sweet spot. Just means I'll have to keep going out till I do! NikoFab
Finally had reliable enough weather here to get the bikes out for the first ride of the year. Took the wife to dinner at Escalante's...table-side fresh guacamole, queso fundido, and ceviche. Oh man it was good. Of course it was great to finally ride again after the stupid winter we had this year. Edited May 1, 2014 by NikoFab

Have a safe riding season! I think you guys jinxed me lol! This happened yesterday afternoon when a Toyota SUV pulled over into me while I was on the bike. NikoFab
The bike was thrown into the air and landed on its right side. The hand brake and right mirror got ripped right off the bike. http://www.nikofab.com/uploads/3/2/3/6/3236317/1807817_orig.jpg http://www.nikofab.com/uploads/3/2/3/6/3236317/3254546_orig.jpg
