It came with the car I bought and was told the machine work was all done and just needed assembled. The block is fresh with the crank already installed (probably so the machinist could check the endplay was correct). Brand new piston installed on connecting rods (rods have very light surface rust in some areas from sitting around). Brand new rings and standard rod bearings still in the packaging.
