Shelby Posted April 9, 2013 Report Share Posted April 9, 2013 all fans have batt power to them directly,,they are turn'd on by controling the ground wires ,, test for batt power to the fan on both wires to the motor , both wires should show batt voltage with out fan runing ,, if not the fan morotr has an internal problem most likely brushes worn out,,,, now unplug the connector going to the fan motor,, note which wire has power,, replug the connector and jumper a ground wire to the wire that did not show power,,the fan should run , if it does go to the relays and check them and the a/c fan relay by the igniter on driver fender this relay bypass's the fan relays ( grounding close signal ) on the pass side fender,,but the passside fender relays MUST work Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
