Looks great man! I know what you mean, my car has had it's D2's for a few months but the car isn't finished so it's been sitting. now it's going to sit another 6 months to a year while I head back to A-Stan to regain my lost fortune.....long story behind that. But anyway, Car looks awesome! Good job!

Went for an alignment on saturday,,, they couldnt align it because of the front spoiler, said their lasers or whatever wouldnt be able to see thru the spoiler... so have to wait till i get back from Alabama this week to get it done at their other shop(Low rider Friendly i guess)... now that most everything is NEW , i find my front calipers are sticking have them on order too... even with all that the ride with the D2's was great ... i cant wait to get the calipers on and aligned

Nice work! I remember seeing that LSP fuel line kit a week or so ago for sale, that's a nice piece.

It is a nice piece, i jumped on it, brian(LSP) made these years ago, and this one must have been in the box since... wanted one years ago glad i jumped on it... also got a liquid filled fuelpressue gauge and fitting coming for it... still looking for a front strut brace too, anyone know of any for sale?

  • 2 weeks later...
I done the alignment on mine at firestone, we had an old school laser system too. worked fine. just had to lay some 2x4's down to get on and off of the rack! lol.. i had to slot my rear strut towers to get them in line because i did not have rear camber plates. but it worked and i havent had any problems yet! lol

mike, thats how the camber was tackled in the rear of my car as well. no issues so far.

yeah, seems to be doing well. i made some top plates to go on there but made them from some spare thin aluminum i had. I need a better material.

yea they had to use the 2 x 4 trick to get it on, the other shop had the lasers that i'm guess mounted on the outside of the wheels, she rides great, and i didnt slam it too much... being new at Suspension and tackling all this, i ended up installing the d'2 s inccorect , Technology pointed out that my camber plates were not on the right sides ( another learning moment, but they were marked L & R), im guessing they didnt have to adjust that cuz it rides straight as an arrow
