Edit: I made a mistake on the material it was made from, its nickel plated brass, not stainless steel as previously noted. I hope this does not cause any problems for those who have purchased this item.

For those who have removed their AC and EGR thermovalve and want to plug the two sensor holes, one in the manifold and another in the thermostat valve, I have bought a few of these BSP plugs.

I have 0 pairs left to sell, $6 shipped. Paypal is Killtodie@gmail.com

These sold quite fast, if the feedback is good, I will order more in bulk when I place my next order.

Screws right in, no need to tap, wont damage threads. Very high quality.

Disclaimer

**I am having some issue getting them flush, my threads might be dirty and might need to be chased, I can assure you that the plug size is correct and it wont leak. Here are pics to show how it matches the threads. Just a warning, results may vary, I have no other intake to test this on.

Teflon tape works, use atleast two wraps, three or four is best. I personaly use the liquid type found in the plumbing section of most hardware stores. it doesn't become a mess when you pull a sensor/fittinogut. the teflon often leaves shreds in the threads that are a PITA to remove. the liquid stuff just stays in there like glue that never quite sets up.

the AC plug part number at www.Mcmaster.com is 4860K131 and is $1.66

the EGR plug is part number 4860K133 and is $2.92

with shipping it's under ten bucks

or you can but NPT taps and get NPT plugs which are easy to find localy, its up to you. The NPT taps will be a few $$, but then you can get it all localy. the BSPT plugs aren't expensive.
