vbrad511 Posted February 12, 2011 Report Share Posted February 12, 2011 I've got a buddy with a newer HP desktop, kindof an all-in-one thing, that picked up one of the bugs on FB. Their AV isn't dealing with it and they want me to dig into it. I'm leery of cracking the case and pulling the drive to slave to one of my computers for the scans. Your best option is to get a virus scan that runs at start up, before windows executes any other processes. -Robert how would you go about doing that ,all the virus programs i have found on cd are old and most at least a year if not two years out date'd and require updateing on line,, how do you get a boot up cd and program thats up to date and keep it up to date ??
