The car came from South Carolina, however the title was never notarized, he only signed the back of the title... Thanks, any info would be great! Ron Burgandy Posted January 22, 2011 Report Share Posted January 22, 2011 If you have a friend that notorizes it doesn't matter as long as it was notorized in your state or the state in which you bought it.
