i have work'd on and driven almost every sport car out there at one time or another and my take on euro cars ,none of them look like they would take kindly to a 4k rev clutch pop

 

now i mean the average car one might see on the road, M3's 535's , 450 sel's etc

now of all of them i'd say the Volvo turbo has the heavy duty'st drive train

an evo or WRX would be a good reliable and fun car that would startup everytime for ya.and u could get a slightly older model and save some cash

your forgetting a huge part of owning a newer car insurance, evo and wrx's are top 10 on most expensive to insure.
