almost done with new turbo header

with this boost fed water/meth injection is it gonna work likea r/c car fuel tank a pressure line at the top and a feed at the bottom.

 

I am also interested in this concept if you could start a new topic on the theory. The only way I see it working is with the discharge of the water/meth nozzle being at the front of the turbo where no pressure is present.

the shop i was working out of got closed up by the constable, the shop owner had issues with the city and never took care of them. so not lookin like i can do anything for awhile, plus my starion is still locked in the shop and i cant get in cuz its locked from the city

um no i dont think i did, it will be at the meet though. seems to work great, all the restriction is in the turbo housing and not the header. the turbo housing was glowing red after a pull and not the header. thats where all the heat is supposed to be generated.

Just read this, sounds very promising are you in fact going to build and sell them still?

$480 shipped, the cheapest i could find for ceramic header coating in vegas was $150 a header to add to the cost or $480 for uncoated.

Where can i send the money for one with a T4 Flange and heat coated?

i just got the flanges and pipes to build another one yesturday, been buisy playin around with mine, sorry. ill get started on it tomorrow.(skillz) why a t4 flange, a little big for a g54b engine?

Im running a garrett T4 with an 82/ar it, i get a full 16psi at 4000rpms the car is MPI. If you look at the picture the set up was a t3 manifold with a t3 to t4 adapter the turbo sat to close to the strut wall, I want the turbo to set up toward the valve cover.

 

 

You can ask serpentkilla he as been in the car, the T4 doesn't seem to be laggy

dude... (starquestjoe) i may have to keep the header i built for you myself...lol, i routed the tubes different to make them equal length and it looks awesome. makes mine look like crap lol.
