My new ovcp does not have a nipple for my single nipple external stock wastegate. Where does the end of this vacuum hose attach now???

Comp housing if it has a nipple or another boost source.

Below the TB should be boost/vacuum so yes

At the inlet of the throttlebody there's a port aimed to the front, you can use that one.  You certainly don't want to use any other port off the throttlebody their openings inside are just tiny pin holes are are not at all suited for that purpose and they are all right at throttle plate level.
