Well, I spent most the day saturday doing the swap, and here are the results:
Well, to start off, this isn't 100% bolt-on affair. here's what I had to cut out to make room for the new trim pieces (first is my parts car for comparison):

and the finshed of the same area:

Center console (only got the black inner trim pieces from the donor car)

No more lap belt:

a-pillars from donor car wear trash (they looked BAD) So no a-pillars for me, oh, and my car only had one bolt hole to mount the "OH s***." handle, so that was left out too:

now just some other random pics:

Parts you'll want to get from a donor car:
belt assembly
all door trim
clear door backing (has the black gooey stuff holding to the door)
headliner
a-pillar covers
all side panels from backseat, upper and lower
center console (both the rear large box and the black trim where mirrior controls are)
you may also need the seatbelt latches off the donor car's seats
Other things that need done:
cut the plate out of upper rear corner of door jam (pictured above)
jumper the connector on the center belt assembly (in console) to keep the emergency release buzzer from sounding
and I have yet to figure out why none of my door lights work now, so I can't set the factory alarm now :?:
