jlnelson51 Posted August 12, 2008 Report Share Posted August 12, 2008 did a roll start last night with a black top sr20, suckers are fast, but not fast enough, for my car who i call turbo tom lol, anyways for those of you who dont know what a roll start is, its were you stay in 1st gear cruse at about 10mph side by side with the guy you are racing, and when you get to the line you flor it when the guy flaging drops his hands, its fun as hell, got his but by like 3 cars, he was socked after spening what he said 1,800 on just the motor not to mention having it put in. My friends got 1 in a 240sx, were planning on racing soon, but I was worried about how much heavier our cars are.... and hes got most of his interior removed... jlnelson51 Posted August 12, 2008 Author Report Share Posted August 12, 2008 ya it what in a 93 240sx, it all depands on what year he is putting it into, some are litter than others, the sr20 has so much potental it is crazy, his was a stock sr20 i think they push like 200hp+ form sotck, so if he is putting it into like a 89-91 modle, he would be faster then the 93 becuse of weight, the 89-91 models weigh like nothing, so that would be a close match, it depends on what modes you have on yours, but see i will try anything and everything at leas once just to see where i stand, so go for it.
